We've joined the LGBTQ+ youth in care network

We've joined the LGBTQ+ youth in care network - to put more support in place for young people in care.

We believe that young people in care should have easy access to LGBTQ+ related support if they need it.

Being part of the LGBTQ+ youth in care network means we can work closely with children's homes, fostering agencies, councils and organisations similar to The BeYou Project, to better understand how to do this.

In addition, we'll hear the opinions of LGBTQ+ young adults who have been through the care system. We also hope to give young people we're working with a chance to share their views, should they wish to.
