CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
We’re still here to support you but have temporarily changed the way this happens. We are now providing support and running group meet-ups over the phone and online instead of meeting face-to-face. Find out more about our online meet-ups and how to join.
If you need to speak with someone urgently, you can call:
- The LGBT+ Switchboard helpline on 03003 300 630 (you can also contact them online here)
- Mermaids UK on 0808 801 0400 or via their website if you under 19 and experiencing issues around gender dysphoria
- NHS Kent and Medway mental health helpline on 08007 839 111 if you are struggling emotionally.
- Call 999 or visit your nearest A&E if you feel unable to keep yourself safe due to your mental health

We’re running a weekly meet-up in your area. These are safe spaces that anyone who thinks they might be LGBT+ can come along to. You can meet new people who share some of the same feelings and experiences as you, socialise and just hang out in a safe and non-judgemental setting.
