We’re still here to support you but have temporarily changed the way this happens. We’re now providing support and running group meet-ups over the phone and online instead of meeting face-to-face. Find out more about our online meet-ups and how to join.
If you need to speak with someone urgently, you can call:
- The LGBT+ Switchboard helpline on 03003 300 630 (you can also contact them online here)
- Mermaids UK on 0808 801 0400 or via their website if you under 19 and experiencing issues around gender dysphoria
- NHS Kent and Medway mental health helpline on 08007 839 111 if you are struggling emotionally.
- Call 999 or visit your nearest A&E if you feel unable to keep yourself safe due to your mental health
We’re running weekly meet-ups in your area. These are safe spaces that anyone who thinks they might be LGBT+ can come along to. We’re also getting ready to run fortnightly meet-ups for 18-25 year olds in Tonbridge and Maidstone. All the details are in the table below. At all our groups, you can meet new people who share some of the same feelings and experiences as you, socialise and just hang out in a safe and non-judgemental setting.
